The location felt perfect, just a quick stroll to Osaka Castle and close to the subway. The single room was space-efficient, organized well, and equipped with a superb bed. Daily fresh towels and supplies were a nice surprise. The open-air onsen on the second floor offered a relaxing retreat after long days. Two Family Marts nearby made grabbing snacks super easy. On the downside, the room size limited our movement, making it tricky to manage luggage. The elevator situation during mornings could quickly become frustrating, taking up to ten minutes to catch one. While the self-serve restaurant had a few Western options, it lacked local cuisine variety. Overall, I appreciated the charm of the area but wished for a bit more breathing room.

The spacious bathtub and excellent breakfast options, featuring tasty grilled fish, were standouts during my stay. While the staff were friendly and the hotel was pristine, the tight room layout made it challenging to navigate with luggage. Also, the elevator wait time during peak mornings could be quite frustrating, impacting the overall convenience.

Convenient location and great facilities
My stay was wonderful with the hotel being a mere two-minute walk from the metro, making it easy to explore Osaka. I loved the cleanliness of my room, which was stocked with amenities like shampoo and body wash. The on-site onsen was a fantastic way to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and the breakfast options were varied and delicious, featuring bento boxes and a buffet with a great selection. However, communication with the cleaning staff could be challenging at times.
